Harris Lowry Manton Leads the Way at the GTLA LEAD Alumni Retreat
The Georgia Trial Lawyers Association’s (GTLA) Leadership Education and Advanced Direction (LEAD) Program held its Alumni Retreat in Atlanta on Friday, September 9th. GTLA LEAD is a selective, highly acclaimed program that identifies and trains young, promising trial lawyers for taking on leadership roles in GTLA and their communities.
Five attorneys from Harris Lowry Manton LLP have participated in GTLA LEAD since its inception in 2013:

Every member of Harris Lowry Manton is a member of GTLA, which is “dedicated to protecting the Constitutional promise of justice for all by guaranteeing the right to trial by jury, preserving an independent judiciary, and providing access to the courts for all Georgians.”
At this year’s retreat, Yvonne Godfrey spoke on a panel about strategies for approaching challenges in complex litigation. Partner Jed Manton gave a presentation on anticipating insurance issues that may arise during settlement negotiations.
